Precentor & Chaplain

The Bishop of Bradford wishes to appoint a Canon Precentor at Bradford Cathedral with responsibility for developing worship and music, also working in the city with oversight of Anglican chaplaincy at the University of Bradford.

You will have been in holy orders for at least six years and be someone who is rooted in worship; has vision and imagination with a grasp of detail; the ability to be a leader and an effective team member; and bring particular skills and experience to enrich the ministry of the Cathedral.

This is an exciting opportunity in a creative and inclusive cathedral situated in a demanding and rewarding multicultural city.

The closing date is 18th June with interviews on Thursday 8th July.
