Welcome to the Cathedral website. Whether you come for information, inspiration, or with the desire to pray, you are warmly welcome.

There has been worship on this site in Bradford in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for over a thousand years. This beautiful building has been a place of peace, prayer, hope and worship for many over the centuries. Some call it a hidden cathedral, but all who come here find a living Christian community.

May you find in the pages of this website and when you visit, God’s invitation to share in our life-long journey into the love and life of God.

Could your Son or Daughter
be a Cathedral Chorister?

Choir at West Door

Bradford Cathedral has long been a place of music.
We are proud to continue that tradition and music continues to flourish today with a large and thriving choir of boys, girls and adults.
The Choir plays an integral part in the life of the Cathedral, providing regular choral
worship throughout the year, as well as
making an important contribution to major Church and Civic Festivals.
Having a son or daughter who is a chorister is a commitment for the whole family but there are great rewards.
