After reading the information on the website regarding school visits, please choose the modules you require from the Module Summary Table. (up to 4 modules for a half day visit, up to seven for a full day). |

Telephone (01274 777720) to arrange a suitable date with the Cathedral Education Advisor, who will assist you in planning the day. Please do not book transport until a date is agreed and confirmed.
(A provisional date will be made for you and confirmed when the Education Team availability has been ascertained). |

When the date has been confirmed by the Education Advisor please read the terms and conditions shown on the Booking Form. Complete the Booking Form and send it to the Education Advisor. When the Booking Form has been received your visit is fixed. |

When you plan your Risk Assessment, a Cathedral Hazard Identification Sheet is available. You may arrange a pre-visit meeting at the Cathedral if you wish, to see the building in advance of the visit, and/or speak to the Education Advisor. |

Contact the Education Advisor at any time if you have any queries about the visit, or if any of the school circumstances change. |
